Book metro tickets in chat

How it works

  2. They pick 1, 2 or 3 tickets
  3. They confirm or change the details
  4. Your booking API issues the ticket and the reference is sent

Steps in the workflow: Trigger, Send message, Wait for reply, Send message, Send message, Wait for reply, End, Reply buttons, Set variable, Set variable, Set variable, Reply buttons.

Who it is for

Transit operators and ticketing partners.

Good to know

Who issues the ticket?
Your booking API. Point the API call at your service and match its reply fields before publishing.
What if the booking fails?
A person is told and finishes it by hand.
What are the channel limits?
On WhatsApp, a business can message first only with an approved template (needs a WhatsApp Business account); free-form replies work within 24 hours of the customer's last message. It sends one message per recipient per run, and replies need a separate trigger.
