  1. 01

    Stock checked across every branch

Connect your inventory and a stock question is answered from what is actually on the shelf, in the branch nearest the customer, with the price.

  2. 02

    Payment before the journey

A customer pays for a held item in the conversation, so the trip to the shop is a collection rather than a gamble.

  3. 03

    The customer who walked out

A code at the till or on the receipt starts a conversation with the visit attached, which turns a footfall number into a contact you can reach.

Common questions

Can it tell a customer which branch has an item?

Yes, once your inventory is connected. The customer shares a location and gets the nearest branch that actually has it, with the price and how many are left.

Can we hold an item for someone?

Yes, with a time limit you set. The hold expires on its own so stock does not sit reserved for someone who never came.

Can customers pay before coming in?

Yes. The order is sent as a bill in the conversation and paid there, so collection is just handing it over.

How do we reach customers who visited but did not buy?

Invite shoppers to message you through a code at the till or on the receipt. If they want later offers, explain what they will receive and record their opt-in. Starting a chat alone does not authorize future promotions.

Do we need a number for each shop?

You can connect multiple WhatsApp numbers for the same business and choose which branches each serves. One number can serve several branches; a separate number per outlet is optional. Meta's account limits and each number's eligibility still apply.
