Can I keep my WhatsApp number if I move from Wati to Otobiz?
Yes. Disconnect it at your current provider so Meta can release it, then connect it through Meta inside Otobiz. The display name, quality rating and approved templates come with it. The display name must already be approved, a number on the On-Premises API moves to the Cloud API at Meta first, and a number Meta has restricted cannot move. Past chats do not move with the number, so keep a copy from your old provider if you need them.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app with Otobiz?
Yes, for an eligible number on the WhatsApp Business app (not regular WhatsApp). You scan a QR code from the app, and it keeps working on your phone.
