How we write our guides
Every Otobiz guide has a named author, a published date and a last-updated date.
- Who writes them
- Each guide carries the name of the person who wrote it, with a page that lists their guides. When a second person has checked a guide before publication, the guide names them as its reviewer.
- Where facts come from
- Rules about WhatsApp come from Meta's own documentation and pages. Claims about Otobiz are checked against what the product does. Facts about other companies come from their own public pages.
- Prices and rates
- A guide never types in an Otobiz price or plan. It reads them from our live billing setup, so the page and the pricing page agree. Meta's rates are kept in one place on our side and updated when Meta changes them.
- Keeping guides current
- Every guide has a published date and a last-updated date in its page data. When a rule or a figure changes, we update the guide and move its updated date.
- Reporting a mistake
- If you find something wrong, message us on WhatsApp with the guide and the line. We fix confirmed errors and update the date.
