Ask for a follow, then send the link
On Instagram, commenters are asked to follow before they get the link. Other channels send it straight away.
Works with: Comments
How it works
- Someone comments the keyword
- A public reply and a DM with a button go out
- On Instagram, tapping it asks them to follow
- After their reply they get the link, with a nudge if they don't follow yet
- Other channels send the link straight away
Steps in the workflow: Trigger, Reply privately, Reply publicly, Check the follow, Set variable, Send message, Set variable, Wait for reply, Set variable, Send message, Check the follow, Set variable.
Who it is for
Creators growing followers with “comment LINK” posts.
Good to know
- Does it check the follow?
- On Instagram it asks once and checks after their reply. They get the link even if they have not followed yet. Elsewhere it sends the link.
- Will someone get spammed?
- No. The same person is answered at most once a day.
