Message cards
Cards that send something to the contact.

| Flow | A form the contact fills in the chat |
| Lead form | Collects name, phone and details |

Notes
- Every send checks consent and suppression first. A blocked contact skips the card and the run records why.
- Channel limits apply. A card that the channel cannot show shows an issue in the Issues tab.
- Use variables in text to personalize. A missing value falls back to empty text.
