Business Solution Provider

A Business Solution Provider is a company authorised by Meta to give other businesses access to the WhatsApp Business Platform, usually bundling software and billing on top.

Arrangements differ in ways that matter: some providers hold the WhatsApp Business Account themselves and resell numbers, while others connect an account the customer owns and never touch the billing relationship. Meta also uses the term Tech Provider for a related role. Ask any vendor which arrangement applies to you, in plain words, before you sign anything.

WhatsApp Business Account: A WhatsApp Business Account, usually abbreviated WABA, is the container inside a Meta business that holds your WhatsApp phone numbers, message templates, and messaging settings.
WhatsApp Business API: The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official interface for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages programmatically at scale.
Embedded Signup: Embedded Signup is Meta's in-product flow that lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number to a software platform without leaving that platform.
