Quick reply
A quick reply is a suggested answer shown as a tappable chip in a chat, which disappears once the customer picks one or types something else.
It differs from a persistent button in that it is a one-time prompt rather than part of the message. Instagram and Messenger use quick replies where WhatsApp uses reply buttons attached to the message. The practical difference is that a quick reply cannot be tapped later once the conversation has moved on.
